This week we have the pleasure of releasing to you our interview with artist and hospitality management expert, Erica Holthus!

Erica Holthus is the Owner/Consultant at Shine On Event Management and the 
Host of the Shine Through Listening Room. Erica has been part of the Northwest Arkansas music scene since she moved here in 2010. From attending shows and selling merch for local bands to coordinating and organizing music festivals across the region, she has spent the last 15 years learning every facet of music events and festivals. 

She now runs her own business, Shine On Event Management, where she consults and coordinates live music events. Erica believes that the best way to make the world a better place is to find something you love to do and keep shining your light for yourself and those around you. Shine On!
